Cancer

  Cancer is a group of diseases (more than 100), it can develop in almost every part of the body. TYPES - Carcinomas. It begins in the skin or in the tissue that covers the surface of internal organs and glands. It's the most common one. - Sarcomas. It begins in the tissues that support and connect the body. - Leukemias. It's a cancer of the blood, and it begins when healthy blood cells change and grow uncontrolably. - Lymphomas. It's a cancer that begins in the lymphatic system. There are other types of cancer (melanoma, brain and spinal cord tumors...). CAUSES Cancer cells develop because of multiple genetic changes in their genes. The causes of this changes could be: lifestyle habits, genes from your parents, and being exposed to cancer-causing agents. HOW DOES IT WORK? Cells grow and divide to create other cells as the body needs them. They die when they get to old or damaged, then new cells take their place.   It's the sudden loss of a pregnancy before the 20th week (the fifth month). Many miscarriages happen when the person does not know that they're pregnant. And most of the miscarriages are because the unborn baby didn't develop properly. An abortion isn't the same, because it's intentional and the parent decides it. Symptoms - Bleeding from the vagina, with or without pain, including spotting. It's important to know that sometimes bleeding isn't a final way to know if it's happening a miscarriage, most pregnancies with them go on to have successful pregnancies. - Pain or cramping in the pelvic area or lower back. - Fluid or tissue passing from the vagina. - Fast heartbeat. Causes Most miscarriages happen because of the irregular development of the baby. Others happen because of extra or missing chromosomes.
